Beginner Practice Spanish Course

This is an interactive Spanish video where you have the opportunity to practice Spanish at beginner level with a native Spanish speaker.

In this Spanish lesson we will practice talking about free time activities in Spanish using lots of essential Spanish verbs related to hobbies and leisure such as ver la televisión, leer, and salir con los amigos. You will hear a typical situation describing the activities of two different people and I will then ask you various questions to see if you understood the kind of things they both usually do. You should answer “true or false” – “verdadero o falso”.

Please try to watch the video first before looking at the lesson notes. Answers to all tasks involved in the lesson will be given at the end of the post. Try not to look at the answers until you have tried a good few times to give your own responses.

This lesson practices the information taught in Beginner Spanish Lesson 58: Talking about free time activities in Spanish from my Beginner Spanish Course.

Listen to my description of Ana and Elisa and answer the questions that follow:

Elisa va de compras cada dos días, compra muchos zapatos. Ana prefiere escuchar música. Escucha música tres veces al día. Las dos van a la playa a menudo y no van al monte casi nunca. Viajan a otro país una vez al año.
