This lesson is part of the Beginner Practice Spanish Course
(58 Spanish video or mp3 lessons. 2 hrs 28 mins)
This is an interactive Spanish video where you have the opportunity to practice Spanish at beginner level with a native Spanish speaker.
In this Spanish lesson we will practice different vocabulary related to hats, shoes, and clothes in Spanish. In later videos we will practice describing the colours of different clothes in Spanish and finally managing in a Spanish shop or market when trying on and buying different items of clothing, shoes and hats. I personally think that Spanish fashion is pretty good and we have some great shops here in Spain offering some fine headwear, footwear and clothing at very reasonable prices. Shopping for clothes in Spanish is a very useful, rewarding and potentially enjoyable experience for the budding Spanish student on holiday or on a business trip in Spain or Latin America. You have a fantastic opportunity to interact a lot with the Spanish speakers attempting to sell you their goods and you can buy yourself some wonderful items at good prices with a few well chosen phrases, the right vocabulary and a bit of confidence.
Please try to watch the video first before looking at the lesson notes. Answers to all tasks involved in the lesson will be given at the end of the post. Try not to look at the answers until you have tried a good few times to give your own responses.
