Spanish copla singers: Lola Flores Cuna Cañi

La copla or “Copla andaluza” (“Andalusian copla”) is a genre of Spanish popular song, deriving from the poetic form of the same name which arose in the 1940s. One of the first Spanish copla singers was Raquel Meller. Other well-known Spanish copla singers are Lola Flores, Imperio Argentina, Manolo Corrales, Estrellita Castro, Concha Piquer, Miguel de Molina, Marifé de Triana, Juanita Reina, Manolo Escobar, Juanito Valderrama, Sara Montiel and Antonio Molina. In this video we see Lola Flores singing Cuna Cañi.
