Upper-Intermediate Spanish Course

In this free Spanish video lesson we will look at how to describe things you dislike and hate in Spanish according to their flavours and smells with phrases such as No soporto (I can´t stand) and Me repugna (It disgusts me). This is the fourth lesson in a series of five Spanish lessons on the topic of describing taste and smell in Spanish. In the next and final lesson we will see how to describe different tastes in Spanish such as Dulce (Sweet), Salado (Salty/Savoury) or Amargo (Bitter). In the three previous Spanish lessons we looked at different ways to describe things that taste or smell well in Spanish such as Huele fenomenal (It smells great) or Está muy bueno (It tastes very good), different ways to describe things that taste or smell bad in Spanish such as Huele mal (It smells bad) or Huele que apesta (It stinks) and how to describe things you like and love in Spanish according to their flavours and smells with phrases such as Me encanta (I love) and Me agrada (I like). Eating has to be one of my greatest passions and I think that I love talking about food almost as much as I love eating it. I love trying different foods from around the world and of course I love my own Spanish cuisine very much indeed. If you are interested in Spanish food and fancy trying out a few simple traditional Spanish recipes please check out my list of Spanish recipes from gathered from all around Spain by clicking here. There are some really tasty Spanish dishes there and there is such a wide variety of ingredients that there should be something for everyone.
