I love this list of music. I’m always on the lookout for new Spanish music and this has been a great resource. Im not sure where most of these groups are from, but I am curious to find out if there are many band that are popular throughout multiple Spanish speaking countries or if the popularity is more regional. If you know much about this let me know!!!

  2. Hola Ryan,
I am very pleased to hear that you are enjoying my posts about Spanish music. I will be posting videos and features on numerous singers and groups from both Spain and Latin America. Most will be very popular in either Spain or Latin America, some will be famous worldwide such as Shakira and others will be little known personal favourites of my own.
I suggest that you click on the names of each artist here in the list to read all about them. I have described here where each of them is originally from, how they started out, which singles and albums they have released and how their career has progressed.
Please let me know with future comments which artists you like best and why. I will be very interested to read your feedback.
    Thanks again!
    Laura

You have put a lot into your website, well done. I have used this type of tool before and find it very useful particularly when phrases are used that can be lifted and used in everyday life.
    I’ll be back.
    Thank you
