I teach live online Spanish classes both on a private 1-1 basis and also in groups.
Private 1-1 classes: 15€ per hour (aprox $18.50)
(12€/aprox $15 per hour if you pay for 24 classes or more)
Group classes: 5€ per hour (aprox $6.25)
My daily videos provide a great introduction, but I recommend that at some stage you also take live online lessons with me to put all of your hard work into practice with some real conversation and more in-depth study. The beauty of online classes is that you have access to a native teacher without leaving the comfort of your own home or office. My internet classroom is simple to enter and use and you will be amazed at how quickly your Spanish improves when you actually start talking with me online.
You may want to learn Spanish because you are moving abroad, for business or just for fun. Perhaps you wish to supplement your current studies. Whatever your requirements, level and learning preferences and wherever you live, I will help you to achieve your goals quickly. Everyone, from beginners to advanced speakers, will find my classes fun, dynamic, challenging and informative. You receive a carefully planned and structured course of lessons tailored exactly for you and each class is complete with homework that you can email back to me for corrections.

Hola Laura!
I liked your video and it was useful to learn a bit more about the live online classes you do. To be honest I wasn't really sure how they would work without having numerous windows open at once and lots of complicated downloads, but I can see now that it is all very simple. As far as I understand it you only have two applications on the go at once - Skype and your webpage. Is this correct? Do you have any delays - I live in USA?? And how flexible are you with your teaching hours??
Thanks a lot.
Pete
Hola Pete,
Thank you for your interest in my live online classes and I am glad that my demonstration video has been informative.
As you mentioned, the classes really are much simpler than you might expect. You only have two windows open - one is Skype that we use to talk to each other and the other is my video conferencing webpage where we view and share the lesson material that has been specifically prepared for you (you don't have to download anything to view use this page by the way).
You also asked if there might be any loss of quality in the audio communication because you live in the USA. I currently teach various students as far away from me in Spain as America and Australia and the quality is perfect. Skype is so good now that sound quality is exactly the same wherever you are. The only thing that can cause a loss in quality is if your computer or internet connection is excessively slow.
I hope that this answers your questions Pete and I very much hope that we can begin some classes together soon.
Best regards,
Laura
Hola!
First of all I just want to say that I love your videos! They have helped me a lot and you're a really good teacher :)
I have two questions. When you're going to say what your last name is in spanish why do you say "mi apellido" and not "me apellido" like you do when you say "me llamo"?
Thanks in advance! :)
Veronica
Hola Veronica:
I am very glad that my videos are helpful for you.
Regarding your question about "mi" and "me", they mean two different things. "Mi" means "my", and "me" means "me", "to me", or "myself". In your particular example, "me llamo" means "I call myself". If you want to say literally "my name is Bianca" you will have to say "mi nombre es Bianca", but this is not used as frequenly as "me llamo Bianca".
I hope I have clarified your doubts.
Saludos,
Laura
